Frequently asked questions
Product, pricing, security, integrations and platform — the 16 questions we get most, answered straight.
Product
What is Growth Pilot?+
Growth Pilot is a growth cockpit for founders and growth teams. It puts your AAARRR metrics (Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue), your growth loops, A/B tests, growth sprints and goals on a single screen — live from GA4 and Stripe.
What does Growth Pilot replace?+
Your product-analytics tool (Mixpanel/Amplitude), your revenue-analytics tool (ChartMogul/Baremetrics) and the spreadsheet you glue them together with. One cockpit, one bill, one source of truth your team and board agree on.
What makes Growth Loops different from funnels?+
Funnels are linear; growth is circular — one user brings two, who bring four. Growth Pilot models each viral loop as an editable circle, computes your k-factor in real time, detects the steps that leak, and lets you version loops to compare v1 and v2 side by side.
What is the Loop Simulator?+
A predictive Monte-Carlo simulator: draw a loop, set your assumptions, and project your MRR at 30, 60 and 90 days before spending a euro. It is currently available on every plan, including Free.
Do I need a data team to set it up?+
No. The cockpit reads directly from GA4 and Stripe — connect them and the six AAARRR sections go live. There is no event-tracking plan to design and no integration project to run.
Pricing & plans
How much does Growth Pilot cost?+
Four plans: Free (€0), Starter at €49/mo, Pro at €99/mo and Enterprise at €299/mo — with founding-customer launch pricing (Starter €39/mo, Pro €69/mo, Enterprise €249/mo) locked for life. Annual billing saves roughly two months. Prices are in EUR, excl. VAT.
What do I get on the Free plan?+
The full cockpit with starter quotas: 1 Growth Loop, 1 A/B test, 1 mission, 1 seat and 1 integration, plus the visual Loop Builder and the simulator. No credit card required, and it does not expire.
How do quotas scale across plans?+
Tiers scale your seats and quotas, not your features. Starter: 3 seats, 5 loops, 5 A/B tests, 5 missions, 3 integrations. Pro: 10 seats, unlimited loops, tests and missions, 10 integrations. Enterprise: unlimited seats and integrations, plus API access, priority support and onboarding.
What happens when I hit a quota?+
Nothing breaks — you keep full access to everything you have built, and we prompt you to upgrade when you create beyond your plan's limit. No surprise charges, ever.
Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?+
Yes. Billing runs through Stripe with a self-serve customer portal: upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel in one click. Changes prorate automatically.
Integrations & data
Which tools does Growth Pilot integrate with?+
33+ native integrations across CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Close…), product analytics (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Plausible, Fathom…), project tools (Linear, GitHub, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Notion…) and meeting recorders (Fireflies, Grain, Zoom, Google Meet, Teams…). See the full list on the integrations page.
How does the GA4 and Stripe connection work?+
GA4 feeds your traffic and product metrics (Awareness to Referral) and Stripe feeds Revenue — live, with no manual exports. Integration tokens are encrypted at rest, and the GA4 connector only stores your property ID, never a secret.
Security
How is my data isolated from other customers?+
Growth Pilot is multi-tenant with strict isolation: every query is scoped to your organization with anti-IDOR controls, and Row Level Security is enabled on all database tables as a second enforcement layer. Organizations and roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer) are managed through Clerk.
What security measures are in place?+
Row Level Security on every table, strict multi-tenant isolation, API keys hashed with SHA-256 and never stored in plaintext, secrets encrypted at rest, HMAC-signed and verified webhooks, and hardened HTTP security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, nosniff). Vulnerabilities can be reported privately to security@growthpilot.app — we acknowledge within 72 hours.
Platform & API
Is there an API?+
Yes — a public REST API (v1) with per-organization API keys, available on the Enterprise plan, plus HMAC-signed webhooks for outbound events. The full reference lives at /docs/api.
What is the MCP server?+
Growth Pilot ships a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that wraps the public API, so agent tools and assistants can read your growth metrics and act on your cockpit programmatically. Details are on the /mcp page.
